Depending on the type of transaction and amount of exchange we may need to obtain more details. In most cash-delivery transactions up to GBP 1000 (or the currency equivalent) we need to obtain name, address and time of delivery, contact details, etc. For all telegraphic transfers we need beneficiary's details to which you would like your funds sent. If the transaction exceeds GBP 1000 we may require proof of ID and address in order to complete your order.
